What information do we collect?

When you purchase a product the card transaction is handled by SagePay, which is accessed via their own website. They handle the required encryption to gather your card details and communicate them to your bank for authorisation. At no stage in the process does School Uniforms Direct see, handle or store any financial details. We undertake an annual PCI Compliance check to ensure that we, and you, are safe at all times.
We may at times include forms on our site to enable you register to receive an occasional newsletters. That data, normally just name and email address is stored directly with MailChimp. All registrations are processed by using double opt-in techniques that ensure that consent is explicit.
